Hard Bookings:

Soft Bookings:
Reserved, not paid
During low season, up to 3 months before arrival
During high season, up to 6 months before arrival
No soft bookings week of Christmas, New Years, 1st week of January, last 2 weeks of June, Easter, Presidents week, July 4th, Thanksgiving
Guarantee vs Access
Contract gives unit size guarantee, plus services
