  • The words used in the first 10 minutes plus your emotion and excitement, will determine if they stay or go.

  • The WOW factor – always say what it will AND won’t do. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is, and they won’t trust you.
  • Build value, not cost. Use words and examples showing value… Luxury, quality, V.I.P.
  • Create problems – without a problem, there is no sale. Always have the client state the problem out loud.
  • Let the client BUY, don’t try to SELL.
